Although I rarely bother with reviews, my experience was so extraordinary, I feel compelled to comment. Brandon Johnson looked after me, and from a customer service perspective he did everything perfectly. Got me in quickly. Kept me informed as I waited, and then found a fast and inexpensive solution to a potentially worrisome problem. I was impressed. Thank you for a very positive experience.

We were in today and bought a Kia Sportage. It was the best car buying experience we have ever
had thanks to Ooky Kim. He was so knowledgable and friendly, I think its the first time I have ever actually enjoyed buying a car. We plan on buying a second car from him and will return to him if we need another in the future. He is certainly an asset to the dealership, if we know of anyone in the market for a new vehicle we will surely be sending them his way! Over all, a nice expireance with the dealership.
Have to wait for my new Soul, it is on a ship. Brian the sales manager gave
me a nice loaner car to drive while I wait. I would recommend this dealer

I had a quick response to my inquiry by e-mail and then a follow up phone call. Had my questions answered and we returned later that day and made our purchase. We were very pleased with all the aspects of our experience. Hamid was the sales person we dealt with and he was great. Since I wanted another color other than what was on the lot Pete made some calls, found the color I wanted and we had our car by the next evening. Hamid took time to go over a lot of important details regarding service, helping me set up my bluetooth through the car and just going over everything. This is our second Mazda from your dealership and hopefully we will enjoy this one as much as we have the first, which we still have. Thank you again for the check back.

It was an excellent experience. Chris Cole allowed me to test drive three models of the Kia Optima. I selected the hybrid,
and I was never rushed. Chris spent an hour with me explaining how the hybrid system and the navi system worked, and went over the operation of the various modes in which each could work. Chris made promises he kept and working with him was very easy and comfortable.

I just had some service work done on my Impala and
I must say I was triple impressed with the service consultant, A.J. Steele,
who brings a unique personal touch to his client dealings. He took the time
to carefully explain what needed to be done and
how long it would take. He made me feel like a friend first and then a
client. It was nice doing business with a "Golden Rule" kind of guy.

I had my 2004 Mazda Tribute "serviced" and "detailed" about 30 days ago. They did such an excellent job, 2 weeks later
I brought my 2005 Town & Country in to have it detailed. For any type of
service, ask for Matt Pioli. Matt will go the extra mile by taking care of
details and treating you as a true customer (looks after your best
interest). I have been having cars serviced for over 40 years and I cannot
remember working with a better Service-Rep than Matt.

Since 1994 we have purchased two new Camaros, one
Chevrolet Astro Van, and three new Kias (a Borrego, a Sorrento, and a
Soul.) Every purchase was a good experience. The sales people don't play
games. The Lee Johnson sales and service people are straight shooters and
over the years they have consistently been a pleasure to do business with.
Our recent Kia purchases were all from Payman, and Kenny was the sales
manager. They're both terrific.

June 14, 2011 I brought my Buick Lucerne in to have the Heaters & A/C in the seats fixed as they weren't working. They put me in a loaner car, as they had to order the parts, got it all fixed & called me to pick up. All was delayed for pick up with a goofey Puget Power Sub Station blowing up & catching on fire. They called me right away & said they were closing & could I pick my car up the next day & I said sure, 1 more day wasn't a problem with me. So I came in the following day & got my car & they did a great job doing the repairs of the relay & wires !! YEAH ! ! Thanks Lee Johnson for a job well done !!

I bought a car from the preowned car lot on May 19th, Ron Paar was the
salesman. We had a brief conversation on the phone as to what my needs were
and I told him I would just be on my way. I had just got back into town and
was driving a rental, so was anxious to see what he had available.
When I arrived Ron was right there and had a few cars that fit into my
needs parked just out side the building. I made a choice, we took a test
drive, and went into the office to do the paper work.
He gave me a fair deal from the list price, arranged getting the rental
back in a timely manner, and had me call my insurance man so I would be
covered right away. Ron took care of all the lose ends so I was able to
drive away with the good feeling that I had been taken care of like one of
the family.
It probably doesn`t happen that smoothly every time, but I am confident
Ron knows his inventory and will give you a fair deal with great customer
service.

I wanted to thank the staff at Lee Johnson Kia for
making the entire experience of buying a new Kia Sorento quick and painless.
Ron was very knowledgeable and not too pushy. My wife and I had been to a
number of dealerships and had gone from kind of pushy sales staffs to
extremely pushy. We never felt any pressure from Ron and we appreciate that.
We feel like we made the right decision, and that we were treated very
fairly at Lee Johnson. We would definitely recommend Lee Johnson to anyone
who was interested in getting a new car.

Great buying experience. I had been interested in
the Kia Optima's and had been emailing back and forth between myself and Lee
Johnson Kia to line up credit and check on car availability. My wife wanted
a few very specific items on the car like a sun roof and we were able to get
into a Lease for the exact car we wanted. They were even in early on Sunday
morning to help us with the test drive. I think this is also the first time
that a car salesman took the time to walk us through all the car features
after we bought the vehicle. Great job Brian!

After leasing a Mazda from Lee Johnson, they had
done a good job and I gave them first crack once I landed on a Kia Optima as
my next lease. Brian was great; one of the few salesmen during my recent
round of test drives to really engage on what was inportant to me as far as
new car went. A brief couple days later and I'm a proud Kia Optima driver.
Fantastic car, and Lee Johnson has earned their way to be my first stop,
once again, in 3 years.

I live in Edmonds but chose Lee Johnson for two
reasons. The first was the competitive prices they have. The second reason
was Brian Walter and all the friendly and helpful staff there. My wife had
a 2007 Mazda CX9 that was leased through another dealer that we traded in
for a new lease on a 2011 Kia Sorento. It was a complex transaction that
they did with ease between their different franchises there. Brain Walter
made us feel comfortable the whole time we were there. In fact I felt so
good about that transaction that the next month I traded my 2007 Kia Optima
and 1998 GMC Yukon for a new loaded 2011 Optima. I was given fair trade in
values on all the vehicles right from Kelly Blue book. Brian even went to
my house to drive one of the Trade in vehicles to the lot. That is customer
service! The other thing we like is the service loaner cars available, Large
Inventory, and the free car washes. I love my new vehicles and dealing with
Lee Johnson Auto Family and Bran Walter. I don't have any reason to go any where
else. Thanks Brian and your wonderful staff for bringing enjoyment to the
car buying experience.

I bought my second new Kia in two years from Lee.
My second experience was even better than my first and I was very impressed
two years ago. I called ahead and made an appointment with Chris Cole; let
him know what I was interested in and set up a date and time. When I got
there, I was met by Chris and he had arranged for me to test drive and look
at just what I had requested. There was no wasting my time or trying to
persuade me to buy something else. The customer service he provided was
personal, professional , friendly and very informative. All of the
Departments from finalization, preping the car with a wash, gas and thorough
cleaning , to supplying balloons for my two Grandchildren were done in a way
that made me feel my business was wanted and appreciated. I hope not to get
another new car quite so soon, however, I know I will return to Lee because
I have had two very favorable experiences there as anyone who asks about my new car can attrest to. You won't be dissappointed by the quality of the service, quantity of vehicles to choose from, or personable personnel if you stop by to take a look. Happy shopping.

As a first time vehicle buyer I was not sure what
to expect. Throughout the entire buying experience, Brian Elich helped make
me make the best and most informed decision that I could. He was very open
and honest about all of the options that were available and clearly laid out
all of steps and decisions that we were going to make. He made us feel
comfortable and at ease throughout the day. He spent the entire day
test-driving numerous vehicles, until we found what suited our needs the
most. I couldn't be happier with our decision to go to Lee Johnson. Best of
all, at the end of the day I got to drive away in a brand new Chevy Equinox!

I bought a 2004 mazda RX8 this week from Brian
Walter. I have never had a better buying experience. He gave me so much

and the financial guy (sorry cant remember his name) was great also. felt no
pressure at all, Like all the other lots I have been to. knowing my credit
score was low I wanted to get a loan to gain better credit and they made it
possible, I am so happy with them and the car that I cannot say enough. I
highly recommend buying a car from these guys, they are great, and I will be
sure to go back when I am ready for another one. it was worth the 3 in a

I bought a used Subaru from Don Kingsley and Kenny

buyer I was nervous but they made the process laid back and stress free. I

I bought a 2011 Kia Sportage from Ron Paar at Lee
Johnson. I had been to a few other locations during my car buying
experience, and unlike some of the other locations, Ron made me feel
comfortable and none pressured. This was the first new car I purchased,
though not the first time I sat through the negotiation, and have to say I
was impressed with the ease of my purchase. I would recommend anyone who is

The sales process was incredible-no ridiculous
haggling over the price of the car, a fair price was reached quickly and the
salesman, Peter Berkey, was very upfront and friendly. The financing was
also very smooth and pressure free as the finance agent presented the
different warranties and protection packages available with NO pressure. He
even steered us away from things he knew wouldn't benefit us. We had some
options we wanted added onto the vehicle and they got us in immediately the
next morning with no waiting and a loaner car was waiting for us. Everything
was done exactly as promised and on time. We couldn't be any happier-this
was definitely the best experience we've had in buying a car. We would
definitely come back.

Yesterday I brought home my new (to me) 2011 KIA
Sorento. This was this first car I had bought from Lee Johnson. I worked
with Brian Elich. Brian was FANTASTIC. He has all the right skills to be the
perfect representative for the Johnson Company. Brian is personable,
knowledgable and knows when to give a customer time to think. He was patient
when I had lots of questions. I would recomend Brian to any of my friends. I

My first experience with Lee Johnson was a very
good one. I just bought a Yukon and needed some planned maintenance. AJ in
service took very good care of me and my vehicle and went above and beyond
to ensure I had a service loaner to fit a family of six while mine was in

Wow, I never thought that I would be writing
anything positive about a car salesman or a dealership experience.
I called the dealer and spoke to a very nice and wonderful man name Chris.
He provided me with the necessary information and more, Chris suggested I
come in to see him and we decided to drive to the dealership from Federal
Way. My wife and I decided to stay for only a half hour. We were their
longer than that and were not in a hurry to leave after meeting Chris. I
didn't feel like I was talking to a salesman but talking to a good friend.
Upon arriving I shared my unpleasant past experiences with car salesmen.
From the start I told Chris what I needed, what I wanted, and what I
expected. Chris really listened to me which is not what I was expecting to
happen. We were so impressed with Chris and the way he worked with us.
He displayed and positioned the new vehicle away from all the others, opened
the doors, the hood, the trunk. Chris explained the features and knew
everything about the vehicle. I have never had a salesman display and
explain the features of a car. This presentation was amazing, it felt as
though he was presenting precious stones to us. The price was right for the
new vehicle and Chris gave us a great price for our trade in. We were so
comfortable and impressed with Chris. After closing the deal, Chris took
his time and went through the owners manual and made sure we understood how
to operate the vehicle. We were amazed once again when Chris provided us
with instructions and details about the vehicle before we left. My wife and
I have officially designated Chris as our car guy. We will not hesitate to
share our experience and highly recommend Chris and the Lee Family for any
car needs. Chris, It was truly our pleasure to have met you.Thank you so much for the

We bought our 2011 Kia Soul here and the customer
service couldn't have been better. Due to work schedules we always ended up
coming into the dealership at night and yet none of the salesmen we talked
with seemed unhappy or tired. The worked with us over the phone, through
emails, and finally in person to get us the best price available and were
always respectful and treated us well. They are very knowledgeable and we

We leased a car from Lee Johnson this weekend. A
2011 Mazda 3. Eugene was kind enough to open the showroom door for us and
ask us if we needed help. As soon as we told him what we were looking for,
he whisked us onto the lot and gave us all the guidance we needed. A test
drive and a few stories about his days as a Boston taxi cab driver, and
Eugene had us back in the warmth, at his desk as he helped us through the
buying/leasing process. We really appreciate Eugene's friendly, professional
approach. Eugene is definately not one of those "pushy" salespeople that
that auto trade is sometimes known for. If you're looking for a new car...

It was a really good experience! I've came to buy
two cars and enjoyed a relaxed service that tried to answer my needs rather
then "push" something. The deal was excellent - price was unbeatable. I felt
I really got a good deal. LJ found one of the cars I wanted in another
dealership and sent a driver to pick it up. When we found the car does not
satisfy my requirements (new car had some minor mileage on it) they solved
the situation in a matter of hours and found me another car that matched the
requirements - though it took a couple of days for the car to arrive. Even
though it costed a little bit more, LJ took the hit, and stood up to their
promise and price offer.
Thank you Brian and Kenny from LJ Kia for easy and supporting process.
You earned a happy customer that will also spread the word about your
service level and commitment.

We had come into Lee Johnson to run through the car
wash, which is free to customers, when we spotted some friends of ours
looking at Kias. We went in to look in the showroom while we waited for
them. A Sportage happened to be sitting close to Chris Kole, and, of
course, he got us interested in looking more closely at one. Chris is an

From the moment the phone was answered, to the
minute I drove out of the lot, I was treated like a valued customer. I had
never talked to anyone on the phone or in person at Lee Johnson's Kia before
-- I know that I will again. I will be taking all my business to this
dealership. I live in North Seattle, and some times the traffic is awful. I

We had a great experience with Brian Erlich and the
financial lady (wish I knew her name- she did all the paperwork and title
transfers) Everyone stayed late on a sunday night to help us get our car.
Brian did such a great job listening to our wants/needs list and didn't push
us, that we ended up buying a second car the same night. Thanks everyone for
your patience, kindness (taking care of our 2 kids with balloons, key chains
and snacks so we could do all the paperwork!) we would definately buy a car

My husband & I stopped in to look at a Chevy
Traverse we had seen online. Since we live on the other side of the big
pond, we normally do our car/truck shopping on the Olympic Peninsula. Our
salesman was Chris Cole...what a great guy! He was very knowledgable &
helpful with our first purchase from Lee Johnson. We were very happy with
the courteous and efficient service we received (especially being that it
was late on Sunday). Chris made us feel very comfortable and never put any
pressure on us. We will come back for our future vehicle needs and

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience
at Lee Johnson! We purchased the cutest Dune colored Kia Soul! from Ron Paar
and had just a fabulous time during the whole event. Ron was honest, not
pushy, upfront with information and he made us feel as though we were old
friends. I showed up numerous times trying to decide which car I wanted and
I was never made to feel like it was a problem to be there. He also took us
on rides out, three different times and answered all of our questions, like
he hadn't heard them a million times before. His manager Kenny also went
above and beyond for us. I was trying to decide on upgraded wheels for my
Soul and I had seen some pretty fancy ones on a car that was down near the
street on a display lift. Kenny got that car off the lift (in the rain, by
the way) and brought it down next to the Soul, so I could see how those
wheels would look if I purchased them for my new car. Now who would do that?
When it came time to go into the rubber room, we met Sally. What a blast and a 1/2 that
girl is!!! She made the closing so much fun. We learned all about the
warranty and we had a little quiz after to make sure we really got it!!
LOL!! She is a whiz with numbers and a joy to work with.
This group of people should be praised for their dedication and for their
interest in the people that walk in Lee Johnson's door. All of them are hard
working fabulous people and we are really looking forward to seeing all of
them again soon! Bravo!!!

TALK ABOUT HONESTY AND INTEGRITY!! These are terms
that usually aren't associated with car dealers, but we cannot help but
write our second review. When we purchased our new 2011 Sorento (Don
Kingsley, salesman), we traded a 2007 Sorento that had an extended warranty.
As part of our "deal", we agreed that the $$$ due to us from the previous
warranty would be applied to our "down payment" on the new 2011. Much to our
surprise, we just received a check in the mail for $238+, which included a
refund + sales tax refund. Lee Johnson Kia could have easily kept that money
and we would never have known, as we feel we still got a great deal. WE WILL
NEVER, EVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM ANY DEALER EXCEPT LEE JOHNSON. THANK YOU
AGAIN!!!

Brian Elich exceeded the typical car salesman
job description. The first time I met him I was skeptical and did not
want to talk to anyone through the painful task of car shopping. Brian
approached me and tried to help me out, but my apprehension overcame and

dissatisfied. The second time I met Brian, he proved that he really
was there to help me and he had listened to every word that came out of

Our thanks to salesman Brian Elich. When it
comes to buying a car I am a well informed customer. After deciding on
the car I want I check Craigslist, Autotrader, NADA and Kelly Blue Book
for both trade in value and retail value. This time we drove from
Everett to Monroe to Auburn looking at all similar vehicles. We found a
great car at Lee Johnson but STILL we continued to look at other
dealers. Brian was professional and respectful to let us go continue
our shopping and even gave us some bottled water and washed our trade in
for free. We did find other similar vehicles we liked at other lots, but
sitting down to discuss price was a take-advantage-overpriced-slime-fest. At two dealerships we left after
being pushed past the decency point by "The Closer". Finally we decided
to return to Lee Johnson where we have been treated so kindly. The
transaction was relaxed, simple and financially fair. Many thanks to
you Brian and to the dealership for being
such an unexpected pleasure. It's easy to see how Lee Johnson has
survived 75 years.

It was one of the best experience buying my new
2009 Borrego. The most important point is that my, she usually does not
want to participate in negotiation, left the Lee Johnson dealership's
showroom in good mood, even we did not agree on price and did not sigh
the deal the first day. Next day LJ called me and said they found the
vehicle I wanted and tried come up with the price that would be
attractive to me and good for the LJ. They really did. They offer me the
price I could not resist. The bottom line, LJ did the work by themselves
without my participation. The only one criteria they used is my price I
can afford. Thank you all sales people from LJ Kia for really hassle
free process. From now on, I seriously consider this dealership as my
first choice and may prefer Kia to any other Japanese cars I bought

thing about buying a car from Lee Johnson is not having to wade through
a maze of hungry salesmen when you get out of your car to visit the
showroom. I actually had to find a salesman! I love that. Nothing is
more obnoxious than a line of salesmen standing outside the showroom
smoking and JUST WAITING FOR A CUSTOMER. I like being called a "guest"
at Lee Johnson also. I have only had to deal with the service
department once and they were also very friendly and had my car ready
much earlier than expected. There is no reason to go to another
dealership in the Puget Sound area.

We started out looking online for a Cevy
Avalanche and found that in our local area there was nothing that we
liked. So we expanded our search and found the exact vehicle we were
looking for at Lee Johnson Chevolet. Hesitant to just drive the hour
plus to the car lot we started the procedure over the phone and Found
Glenn our sales person was very friendly and helpful. He had completed
the majority of the footwork before we had arrived. He had an estimate
on our trade in and had let us know all abou the the rebate and
different offers available. In doing this we drove to kirkland and found
all we needed to do was basically complete the final paperwork. Along
with the paperwork Lee johnson was able to get us an initial offer of a
good percentage rate. They continued to work with the bank and in a

Thank you for the follow up. In my 25 years buying cars, this was the simplest and most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. I worked with Tom, Kenny and finally John. Everyone was professional and helpful, everyone was the opposite of the stereotypical "car salesman." 5 out of 5 for the quick process, politeness and ect.
I would give our sales person (Bill) a 5+ for his help VIA phone, lack
of pressure and push, putting up with my bad jokes and treating my wife
with respect. Bill and the rest made it a great moment, relaxed, fast
and we would contact bill and lee chevrolet again for another
car.....hopefully a new 2500 silverado next year or so......take

We had a great buying experience through Lee
Johnson Kia (dealer Brian Walter). We had done a lot of research,
visited several dealerships, including 3 KIA dealerships in the state
and had the best service at Lee Johnson in Kirkland. They were the only
dealership that actually searched for a vehicle that matched our
requests, and provided continuous follow up, even after our purchase to
make sure we are completely satisfied. I would highly recommend this
